Director of Product Support Sales and Sales Operations
The Director of Product Support Sales and Sales Operations is chiefly tasked with leading the Product Support Sales Team and overseeing the Prime Product Inventory Control, Heavy Equipment Rentals, and Pre-Owned Equipment Operations.
- Leadership of the Product Support Sales Group, which includes recruitment, hiring, and goal setting
- Management of Prime Product Sales Support Functions across New, Pre-Owned, and Heavy Equipment Rentals
- Setting and overseeing budgets and objectives
- Driving and delivering results, as well as reporting and communicating progress concerning goals
- Taking necessary corrective actions as required
- Fostering relationships with industry partners
- Mentoring and leading team members
- Full responsibility for results
- Deep understanding of the field's concepts and principles
- Performing complex tasks with some discretion in deciding appropriate processes
- Leading and directing the work of other employees, with authority over personnel decisions
- Supervision may be provided via a team of subordinate supervisors and/or managers
- Administering departmental policies and procedures, evaluating results and performance, and aiding in the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience, including some prior management experience
- Leading and directing the work of other employees, often through a team of subordinate managers and directors
- Responsible for personnel actions, including hiring, performance management, and termination
- Accountable for aligning departmental strategy or direction with the overarching goals of the organization
- Developing policies, practices, and procedures that significantly impact the organization.

Bachelors or better in Business or related field.
Experience
Required
